• 19:00 — Stroll through colonial Casco Viejo — Casco Viejo
• 20:30 — Dinner with a view of the skyscrapers — Casco Viejo

Day 2 — Miraflores Locks

• 09:30 — Miraflores Locks visitor centre — Canal de Panama
• 13:00 — Lunch on site
• 15:00 — Frank Gehry's Biomuseo — Amador
• Taxi to the Cinta Costera — Amador → Panama City
• 17:30 — Walk along the Cinta Costera — Panama City
• 20:00 — Ceviche dinner — Panama City

Day 3 — Rainforest & Emberá village

• 08:00 — Drive to Soberanía National Park — Panama City → Gamboa
• 09:30 — Boat trip on Gatún Lake — Gamboa
• Drive to the Chagres River — Gamboa → Rivière Chagres
• 13:00 — Visit to an Emberá indigenous village — Rivière Chagres
• 17:00 — Back to Panama City
