• Taxi to St. George's — Grand Anse → Saint-Georges
• 15:30 — The Carenage & spice market — Saint-Georges
• 17:30 — Fort George — Saint-Georges
• 20:00 — Oil down dinner (the national dish) — Saint-Georges

Day 2 — Grand Anse & underwater sculptures

• 09:00 — Grand Anse Beach — Grand Anse
• Boat to the underwater park — Grand Anse → Molinere Bay
• 12:00 — Snorkelling at the Underwater Sculpture Park — Molinere Bay
• Taxi back to Grand Anse — Molinere Bay → Grand Anse
• 14:30 — Grilled fish lunch — Grand Anse
• 18:00 — Sunset on the beach
