Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1 — Avarua

• Avarua market and town centre — Avarua
• Beach and a swim in the lagoon — Rarotonga

Day 2 — Round the island

• Round-the-island bus, clockwise — Rarotonga
• Safety: no lifeguards on the beaches or at sea and no decompression chamber — swim carefully.

Day 3 — Flight to Aitutaki

• Inter-island flight to Aitutaki — Rarotonga → Aitutaki
• Lagoon cruise — Aitutaki

Day 4 — Return

• Free day and return to Rarotonga.
